A bol of four syllables using one hand at a time in the sequence;
right - right - left - right.
Ti (ti tit te) - right hand middle and ring fingers together play a band stroke.
Ra (ta ra)- right hand index finger plays a band stroke the same as in the stroke Ta.
Ki (ki ke ka) - left hand plays a band stroke.
Te (ti tit te) - right hand last three fingers together play a band stroke.
