GheGe
A bol made of two syllables both with the left hand alternating the index and middle fingers to strike a succession of resonant sounds in the maidan (main skin).
This bol utilises two different techniques for playing the stroke sound Ge or Ghe
Ghe - left hand index finger plays a khuli stroke in the maidan
Ge - left hand middle finger (and ring finger) plays the same stroke
When speaking this bol it is important to say the ghe and the ge as demonstrated in the video, pronouncing ghe with an h after the g, as in “big help”
